All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Carabia will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties. Carabia takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

6.  Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share information with:

a)      Sellers and Buyers to facilitate transactions, including providing the Sellers contact details to the Buyer and vice versa.

c)      Legal authorities when required by law or to enforce our terms.

d)      Affiliates and business partners in cases where consent has been provided.
